PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

The Hague has begun revamping Spuiplein and the area around the Nieuwe Kerk and Rabbijn Maarsenplein into the Spui Culture Forum, the new cultural heart of the city. XPEX conducted a number of workshops in the neighborhood in order to draw up plans for the design of this area and together with those directly involved, we are working on a program of activities that will act as input for the landscape architect’s design. For this purpose, XPEX is using a system developed by Projects for Public Spaces (PPS New York).
