The Reinwardt Academy (part of the AHK) is taking flight internationally. Several countries have shown real interest in its Amsterdam-based knowledge and skills. XPEX set up a workshop to help management and employees choose the right directions.
Besides internationalization, Reinwardt Academy is seeking to sharpen the aims – both substantive and organizational – of its Master’s degree in Museology. A number of group sessions focused on positioning the education program, on the practical arrangements of the course and on optimizing internal collaboration and communication. External visibility was also discussed.
